How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Dofought Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Dofought Roofing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Your feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Dofought Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@dofought.living and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, write back and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
